EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience gained during work for Prime Ministers (Hanna Suchocka, Jerzy Buzek), ministers for European Integration, Environment, Culture and National Heritage
  • Familiarity with administration structures and contacts acquired when working for central institutions and parliaments (Polish and European),
  • Efficacy in organizing international meetings - seminars, workshops, conferences, gained when carrying out projects in the Natolin European Centre and the College of Europe for nine years. More than 150 organized events, also under diplomatic protocol,
  • Experience in trainings and preparing to presentations, organizing press conferences, briefings and interviews for business clients, including presidents and directors of large Polish and international institutions (Avon, Xerox, Ministry of Environment, Bilfinger and Berger Euroconsortium),
  • Proficiency in producing folders, leaflets and other forms of BTL (including supervision over graphic audio-visual designs) acquired when preparing promotional and informational campaigns at a national level,
  • Successes in carrying out projects related to crisis communication (DEC, PKN Orlen, Frito Lays, Avon).

AUTHORS OF THE PROJECT

Joanna Gepfert – held consulting and directorial positions in the Office of the Government Plenipotentiary for European Integration, in the Office of Prime Ministers Hanna Suchocka and Jerzy Buzek, in the Office of the Committee for European Integration (UKIE). In Natolin European Center developed and managed the program of European Journalism Studies addressed at regional and local journalists. Conducts trainings and delivers PR services for companies and public institutions (Ministry of Environment, Commercial Union Polska, PKN Orlen, Frito Lays, Microsoft Polska, Avon). As an expert in the field of image building she cooperates with media (public radio, TOK FM, newspapers: "Super Ekspress", "Fakt", "Rzeczpospolita", weeklies: "Newsweek", "Polityka", TV stations: TVP, Polsat, TVN and TVN 24 and Internet portals). She is a lecturer at the Postgratuate Studies of Public Relations at Warsaw University. She completed an individual program at the Department of Social Communication organized by the consortium of Georgetown and George Washington University in the USA. She completed internship programs at Eddie Mahe Company (PR) in Washington and in Governor Illinois Press Office in Chicago.

Katarzyna Chołdzyńska - held consulting and managerial positions in the office of Prime Minister Jerzy Buzek, in the Office of the Committee for European Integration (UKIE), College of Europe in Natolin. She was in charge of organizing meetings and visits of high rank guests (including the Chairman of the Parliament of Europe, presidents of Ukraine and Estonia, Prime Ministers of France and Belgium, Ministers for Foreign Affairs of Sweden and France, Ministers for European Integration of Great Britain and Turkey). She organized international conferences, seminars, presentations and trainings (inter alia coordinated the program of workshops for young diplomats from UE member countries, coordinated the program of trainings for 1200 Polish governmental administration officers within the preparation program for the Presidency). Carried out national promotional campaigns (e.g. prior to the Polish accession to the EU). As a specialist in social communication delivers PR services to companies and public institutions. A graduate of Postgraduate Studies in Public Relations at Warsaw University.
