The European Year for Active Ageing and Solidarity between Generations 2012 campaign for the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, December 2011-January 2012
  • Name of the campaign: “The Age of Maturity. New Opportunities”
  • Objectives:
    • To promote active ageing through maintaining/prolonging employment, addressing new challenges, volunteering and undertaking community work
    • To invite institutions in charge of making seniors more active and to promote valuable and already completed projects in this social group
    • To promote healthy ageing and independent living
    • To enhance solidarity between generations
  • Target groups:
    Polish citizens, particularly those who are over 60, representatives of the institutions which are responsible for making seniors more active, media, especially those that reach out to elderly people regionally and locally
